May is always one of my favorite months. It’s one of the few months where the weather is just about perfect where I live – not cold anymore but not too hot yet either. And I love seeing the leaves budding on the trees and seeing all of the flowers bloom, especially the lilacs and wisteria. Those are always my favorites.
I finished planting my garden this month too, experimenting this time with Planting By the Moon Signs. We’ll see how it goes. Hopefully this will be my garden’s best year yet! I have a small space to plant and limited sunlight, so I’m trying anything that might help my little heirloom veggie seeds grow. At least I have my herbs, though. They come back every year without fail, and they’re so resilient, that even my rocky, sandy soil and lack of sunshine don’t kill them.
This month I also found some great articles from fellow bloggers around the web. Here are a few of my favorites from May:

Health Benefits of Bone Broth – Ways that using bone broth can help you to achieve better health.
How to Get a Flat Stomach – How to get a flatter stomach without having to do crunches.
Safe Detox Routines – 5 easy detox routines that aren’t too harsh on your body.
