The products that I have linked to are ones that I have used myself and if there is any difference between the product I have and the one I linked to I have tried to include an explanation of that. There are some instances where I have linked to the same product or brand that I have used but the retailer is not the same as the place where I bought my product. This is the case when I buy products in person at a local store that I can't link to online, and so I might link to the same brand and product on Amazon or on my ShopMy page even though I may not have bought the product initially from those online places.
Also, I try to keep the links on my site updated when I am able to, but since my site goes back many years it's possible that some links could lead to products that are no longer available or are currently out of stock. It's also possible that there are some products that I have personally used in the past but am not currently using for one reason or another because my needs change based on the season of life I am in and there are some products that I using at some times and then not at others. This doesn't mean that I wouldn't recommend the product, but it means that I don't necessarily use everything that I have linked to continually all the time. It means that I have used the product at some point and that I think it's one that is still worth recommending.
